If a student misses one of your Open Parachute lessons, you can now share a link with them, so that they're able to access the student portions of that lesson.
Please note - Open Parachute lessons are not designed to be used for distance-learning. Learn more in our Help Article: Why Are Lessons Designed To Be Teacher-Led?
How Do I Share a Lesson with a Student?
When you're in a Lesson, select the Share icon to open up the Share menu:
You then have the option to share the lesson with a fellow Educator, or a Student:
Select Student to open up the modal that allows you to select how many students you want to have access to the lesson:
Once you've selected how many students you will be providing the link to, select Continue, then select your chosen duration:
Select the Activate Link button to generate Student Links, then provide your absent student with the copied link.
Which Lessons Can I Share with Students?
Any lesson that has student-facing content (Slide deck presentations, and/or Student Notes or Student Handouts) can be shared with students.
The lessons that only contain materials that are designed to be used by the Educator will not provide the 'Share Lesson with Student' option.
