Resources for Educator Well-being

Educator resources, because your well-being matters too.

Updated over 10 months ago

To be able to support your students, you need to also take care of yourself. We offer an Educator Well-being Series that is designed to provide tools and strategies to support your mental health and well-being as an educator.

Tips for Using the Resources:

  1. We recommend that you run this series as a group so that you and your team can have dedicated time to expand your own skills and well-being knowledge, as well as practice the same skills that we are teaching students within the program.

  2. Lots of schools set aside an hour, or a day of professional development at different times throughout the year to run through these materials, and other schools commit to starting each staff meeting with five or ten minutes of this program to simply run through one video and one exercise each time.
