What to do in a Mental Health emergency

Updated over a year ago

If a student is struggling with their mental health, we recommend reaching out to your School Counselling or Administration team to see what help your school or district is able to provide.

In the event that you're concerned about a student's immediate safety, please call the Emergency Services in your country. Alternatively, there are Suicide Hotlines available to talk through difficult feelings:

  • Canada: (1) 833-456-4566

  • Australia: 13-11-14

  • USA: 988
