Updated Lesson Overview Documents
We've updated our grade-level Lesson Overview documents to make curriculum planning easier and more intuitive for educators. These refreshed documents now include Brain Breaks, Skill-Builders, and, for Grades 7–12, our brand-new lessons from the Being Well Matters program.
The biggest enhancement is a new table format that organizes content by lesson type, including Student Voice, Brain Breaks, Skill-Builders, Positive Pathways, and Student-Led Initiatives. This updated structure makes it easier to explore available content, identify the right resources for your classroom, and build a wellbeing curriculum that meets the needs of your students.
