As an Open Parachute Admin, you have the ability to invite members of staff within your school or district to the Open Parachute platform.
There are three ways you can invite staff to access Open Parachute:
How Do I Invite An Individual Staff Member From My School?
Adding your team to Open Parachute is quick and easy! Simply open your Menu, hover over User Management, then select Invite Staff. You then have the choice to select between providing a Registration Link, inviting staff one-by-one, or bulk inviting your staff using our template Excel file.
*Please Note: Inviting staff is limited to Open Parachute Administrator accounts.

The invitee will receive an email within a couple of minutes, directing them to click Register Now to complete their Open Parachute account set-up.
The Open Parachute Registration page will ask for some information to complete the account set-up:
How Do I Add Multiple Team Members At Once?
There are two options for adding your whole team at once.
2a. The first option is to use the Registration Link.
Select Invite Staff from the User Management option in the Navigation Menu.
Click School Registration Link if you're inviting users to an individual school, or District Registration Link if you would like to add users to your District account.
You will see a pop-up that shows that the link has been copied to your clipboard.
Send the link to your staff members to paste into a web browser!
Staff will have the option to register using one of our Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, or by entering their email and Password.
2b. The second option is to use Bulk Email Invite.
Select Invite Staff from the User Management option in the Navigation Menu.
Download the Excel Template File. Please Note: You must use our template for this option.
In the Excel file, enter your staff's first names, last names, and email addresses in the corresponding columns and save your file.
Upload your completed Excel file to Step 3 of the Bulk Email Invite option.
Review uploaded invitee information and select Invite Users once you've confirmed all information is correct.
If any users were incorrectly added, simply uncheck the box in the Invite column to remove them from the list before selecting Invite Users.
