When you're sent an email invitation by an Open Parachute Administrator in your school or district, you have a limited amount of time to complete your account registration for security reasons.
How Do I Know If My Invitation Has Expired?
When clicking Register Now in your Invitation Email, you will be taken to a webpage displaying the following message:
What Do I Do If My Invitation Has Expired?
If your email invitation has expired, not to worry! You have two options to receive a new invitation:
Contact your Open Parachute Administrator
If you know who the Open Parachute Administrator is for your school or district, you can reach out to them to ask them to resend the invitation to you.
βHint: The initial Invitation Email will most likely contain the inviter's name

If you're unsure of who your Open Parachute Administrator is, or you're unable to get hold of them, you can contact our Support team via Live Chat or Email and we can send you a new Invitation Link.
