When you Register or Sign In to Open Parachute, you have the option to select Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO).
A benefit of Single Sign-On is that you don't need to remember individual usernames and passwords for each application.
Please note - If you have an Open Parachute Administrator account and you sign in using Single Sign On, your 2FA email address will be disabled.
Signing In with Microsoft SSO
To sign in using your Microsoft email account:
Click on "Sign In with Microsoft"
Enter your email and password
Note. Your Microsoft email must match your registered Open Parachute email. If they do not match, you will be unable to sign in using this method.
Registering with Microsoft SSO
There are two ways to register with Microsoft;
You have received an invitation email
You have access to a Registration link
When you have been Invited to Register:
If you have received an Invitation to Register, you will be able to register with your Microsoft account, provided that your email address matches the email you received your invitation too.
Select Register with Microsoft
Sign In to your Microsoft account in the popup window and press "Next".
Click the blue" Accept" button.
After completing these steps, you will be returned to the Registration screen, where you will see that you have successfully connected your Microsoft account.
Once you check the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy boxes, you will be able to Register.
