If you need to reset your password for your Open Parachute account, follow these steps:
Select the Forgot Password link on the Sign In page, just below the password field:
2. An email will be sent to you containing a secure link to change your password.
Please note - You must be logged out of your account in order to reset your password.
How To Reset a Users Password As An Administrator
If one of your Users needs to reset their password, follow these steps:
Select the Lock icon from the User Management screen in your Administrator account:
