How to unlock a locked account

If a password is entered incorrectly ten times at the Open Parachute Login, the account will automatically be locked as a security measure:

What To Do If Your Educator Account is Locked:

To unlock your account, please contact the account administrator at your school or reach out to us using our Live Chat feature.

How To Unlock an Account As An Admin:

Within your Administrator account, select User Management from the navigation menu:

Select the Lock icon next to the locked Educator account to send them a new password reset email and unlock their account:

Once the Reset Password icon has been selected, choose how you would like the user to receive the password reset:
